These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of borderlessconcierge.com and any subdomain or related web property operated by Borderless Concierge, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Borderless Concierge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms govern site use. The terms of any advisory engagement are governed separately by a written engagement agreement executed between Borderless Concierge, LLC and the client. In the event of conflict, the executed engagement agreement controls.

Borderless Concierge provides sovereign planning advisory services. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, tax advice, immigration legal services, financial advice, or investment advice.

Advisory services offered by Borderless Concierge are analytical and strategic in nature. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, enrolled agent, registered investment advisor, or licensed immigration attorney. Borderless Concierge is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

No attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship is created by use of this website, submission of an inquiry, or any communication prior to execution of a written engagement agreement.

Jurisdictional laws, immigration programs, tax treaties, and regulatory frameworks change frequently. Information on this site may not reflect the most current legal developments. Do not rely on site content as a substitute for qualified professional review of your specific circumstances.

Borderless Concierge operates on a counsel-only, commission-free basis. We do not receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from citizenship-by-investment programs, residency programs, immigration practitioners, financial institutions, or real estate operators. Our sole compensation is client fees.

This representation applies to operations as of the last updated date of these terms. If our compensation structure changes materially, we will update this disclosure.

All content on this site — including the Borderless Sovereignty Index (BSI) framework, analytical frameworks, jurisdictional profiles, written analysis, and editorial materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of Borderless Concierge, LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or incorporate our frameworks, methodology, or analysis into competing products or services without prior written permission. Brief quotation with attribution for non-commercial commentary or educational purposes is permitted.

Unauthorized use of the BSI methodology, scoring frameworks, or "Borderless" brand marks in connection with advisory, consulting, or analytical services is prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of site content, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Country conditions, program availability, and legal frameworks change. Content may be outdated.

All scores, tiers, and rankings produced by the Borderless Sovereignty Index are analytical outputs reflecting our proprietary methodology at a specific point in time. They are not guarantees of any outcome and should not be the sole basis for significant decisions.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form or intake process does not initiate an engagement, create a professional relationship, or obligate Borderless Concierge to respond or provide services. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

Information you submit through an inquiry form will be treated with confidentiality but is not protected by attorney-client privilege or any other professional privilege prior to execution of an engagement agreement.

This site links to affiliated and third-party services including The Long Memo, Borderless Living, and Sorvantis Corporation. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Links do not constitute endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Borderless Concierge, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site, reliance on its content, or any communication prior to execution of an engagement agreement — including financial loss, missed program availability, visa denials, tax liability, or any governmental action.

For clients under executed engagement agreements, liability is governed by the terms of that agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any revision constitutes acceptance.
