Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 9, 2026
1. Who We Are
Borderless Concierge, LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company providing sovereign planning advisory services.
We handle client data with the discretion expected of a high-trust advisory practice. The sensitive nature of what clients share with us — regarding assets, citizenship, residency intentions, and family circumstances — is not taken lightly. We collect only what we need, and we protect what we collect.
2. Information We Collect
Inquiry and intake submissions. When you submit an inquiry, intake form, or briefing request, we collect the information you provide: typically name, email address, country of residence, citizenship information, and a description of your situation. This may include sensitive personal information relevant to sovereign planning.
Client communications. If an engagement proceeds, communications between you and Borderless Concierge — including emails, call notes, and documents — are retained as part of the client file for the duration of and following the engagement.
Server logs. This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel logs standard infrastructure data including IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps. We do not actively review this data. Vercel's privacy policy governs their handling of it.
What we do not collect. We do not run advertising networks. We do not install tracking or advertising cookies. We do not collect payment card data through this site — payment arrangements are handled through secure third-party processors under separate agreements.
3. How We Use Your Information
Inquiries. Information submitted through inquiry forms is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to initiate an engagement. We do not add inquiry submissions to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Client engagements. During an engagement, your information is used to provide the advisory services you retained us for. We may share relevant information with third parties you authorize us to work with — attorneys, tax professionals, or program administrators — as necessary to deliver services.
Legal compliance. We may retain or disclose information as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share information with service providers operating under contractual obligations: Vercel (hosting infrastructure) and any third-party payment processors used for engagement billing. Clients may authorize us to share specific information with attorneys, tax advisors, or program administrators on their behalf.
In the context of sovereign planning, the information you share may be sensitive. We treat it accordingly and will not disclose it beyond what is necessary to deliver your engagement.
5. Confidentiality of Client Information
Information shared in the context of an advisory engagement is treated as confidential. We do not use client-specific information in case studies, marketing materials, or public analysis without explicit written consent. Anonymized or aggregated observations may inform our published analysis, but identifying details are never included without permission.
Note: Prior to execution of an engagement agreement, communications are treated with discretion but are not protected by attorney-client privilege, as Borderless Concierge is not a law firm.
6. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Vercel may set technical cookies required for site delivery and security. We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites.
7. Data Retention
Inquiry submissions that do not result in an engagement are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Client engagement files are retained for a minimum of seven years following the conclusion of an engagement, consistent with standard professional practice, or longer if required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing legal@sorvantis.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or professional compliance reasons even after a deletion request.
9. International Visitors
This site is operated from the United States. If you are accessing it from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, please be aware that your information may be processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using this site, you consent to this processing.
EEA and UK residents may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. Contact us directly with any such requests.
10. Children
Our services are intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
11. Security
We take data security seriously given the nature of the information we handle. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply appropriate safeguards and limit access to personal data to those who require it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revision.
